Apple Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded apples (red-skinned, crisp)
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 toss cabbage and apple in medium bowl.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, celery seed and salt. pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat. serve chilled.
