Napa Cabbage And Ginger Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced serrano chili pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 6 cups sliced napa cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, whisk together ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and honey.
  • 2 in large bowl combine vegetables. add dressing and toss to coat. cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
