Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced serrano chili pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 6 cups sliced napa cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, whisk together ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and honey.
- 2 in large bowl combine vegetables. add dressing and toss to coat. cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
