Napa Cabbage And Ginger Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 cups napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 large red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 cup pickled ginger, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 cover and chill up to 6 hours before serving.
