Easiest Healthy Chicken Tomato Stew/ratatouille/soup Ish!

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 400 g chicken thighs (or any other part you prefer)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock

Recipe

  • 1 dump everything in a large pan.
  • 2 cook for about an hour or so, if too dry add a little water.
  • 3 add salt and pepper to taste. that's it!
