Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 400 g chicken thighs (or any other part you prefer)
- 1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock
Recipe
- 1 dump everything in a large pan.
- 2 cook for about an hour or so, if too dry add a little water.
- 3 add salt and pepper to taste. that's it!
