Hungarian Beef Stew - Slow Cooker Style

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/4 lbs beef chuck
- 1 lb carrot, sliced
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce) package onion and mushroom soup mix
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 cup sour cream
- serve with egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except sour cream and noodles in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
- 2 cook and cover on low 8 hours until tender. turn off cooker and stir in sour cream until well blended.
- 3 cook noodles of your choice and serve over.
