Minced Meat And Cabbage Brown Rice

Ingredients

- 1 cup organic uncooked brown rice
- 50 g organic cabbage
- 100 g ground lamb
- 1 pip garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon stock, granules
- seasoning
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 50 ml water
Recipe
- 1 mix the stock granules with the brown rice in a rice cooker and cook.
- 2 wash cabbage until clean and dice.
- 3 heat pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant, add in minced lamb and stir-fry for about 1 minute; add in seasoning and stir-fry until well-done. set aside.
- 4 once the brown rice is cooked, spread the dice cabbage into the rice cooker and steam for another 15 minutes.
- 5 last, add the stir-fried lamb in and use a spatula and stir it up side down.
- 6 serve hot.
