- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 3 -4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- 2 add cabbage, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
- 3 add maple syrup, and cook for 5 minutes.
