Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (8 ounce) bags coleslaw
  • 2 -3 sliced green onions
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, save the seasoning packets for the dressing
  • 6 ounces sunflower seeds
  • 6 ounces almonds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 saute noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in butter, set aside. slice onions and add to coleslaw set aside.
  • 2 make dressing:.
  • 3 combine all dressing ingredients and the ramen noodles seasoning packets. stir until sugar dissolves. salad and dressing can be prepared ahead of time.
  • 4 toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
