Napa Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded thin
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 12 ounces rice noodles, crip
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 toss together lettuce, cabbage and sunflower seeds.
- 2 in skillet, brown and strain: margarine, rice noodles, almonds. stir constantly until crisp. this only takes a few minutes.
- 3 place noodle mixture on the bottom of salad bowl. add greens. top with dressing. top with strips of grilled or fried chicken breast.
