Napa Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded thin
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 12 ounces rice noodles, crip
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 toss together lettuce, cabbage and sunflower seeds.
  • 2 in skillet, brown and strain: margarine, rice noodles, almonds. stir constantly until crisp. this only takes a few minutes.
  • 3 place noodle mixture on the bottom of salad bowl. add greens. top with dressing. top with strips of grilled or fried chicken breast.
