Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large skillet, add cabbage and salt.
- 2 saute over medium heat 7- 10 minutes or until cabbage is wilted.
- 3 add remaining ingredients, toss to combine and serve immediately.
