Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 cover cabbage leaves with boiling water.
  • 2 let stand until leaves are limp.
  • 3 drain.
  • 4 mix beef, rice, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, garlic salt, pepper, onions and green pepper.
