- 2 cups coarsely grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped celery, with tops
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 medium carrots, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix cabbage, celery, sugar, salt & pepper.
- 2 combine sour cream and vinegar.
- 3 toss lightly with cabbage and celery.
- 4 spoon into serving bowl.
- 5 garnish withgrated carrots.
