Mrs. Maline's Health Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled & diced
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix liquids.
  • 2 add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight.
