Raisin Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • black sesame seed

Recipe

  • 1 combine vegetables and raisins in a bowl.
  • 2 in another bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  • 3 combine vegetables with dressing. season to taste and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
