Really Quick Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 head cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything but vegetables in a bowl. mix well and season with salt and pepper. taste it and alter the taste to your liking, if you want to.
  • 2 toss in the vegetables and enjoy!
  • 3 alternatively, make this one day ahead and refrigerate it overnight.
