Fresh German Cole Slaw

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lb bacon, cut in thin strips fried crispy
  • 1/2 onion, small chopped fine
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 shred the cabbage.
  • 2 cut bacon into thin strips and fry until crispy.
  • 3 chop onion until small.
  • 4 mix all ingredients together and eat fresh (cold is best) enjoy!
