Ingredients
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb bacon, cut in thin strips fried crispy
- 1/2 onion, small chopped fine
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 shred the cabbage.
- 2 cut bacon into thin strips and fry until crispy.
- 3 chop onion until small.
- 4 mix all ingredients together and eat fresh (cold is best) enjoy!
