Ingredients

- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 1/2 cups sliced cabbage
- 1 medium onion, sauteed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and place in 8-cup baking dish.
- 2 bake covered about 1 hour until rice is soft.
