Shrimp Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 ounces macaroni, cooked according to directions
  • 3 cups cabbage, finely shredded (angel hair slaw mix works very well)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh shrimp, boiled and rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine macaroni, vegetables and shrimp. mix remaining ingredients and add to macaroni/cabbage/shrimp mixture. add mayonaise if needed, or desired, to suit your taste. refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors get happy. serve.
