Stir-fried Scallops With Fresh Basil

Ingredients

- 8 ounces fresh scallops
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 3 fresh lime leaves, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup dried chinese mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoot, shredded
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 15 sweet basil (thai)
Recipe
- 1 rise scallops and score diagonally.
- 2 in a wok, heat oil, garlic and lime leaves on high heat until oil bubbles.
- 3 add scallops, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and oyster sauce. stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until scallops are cooked.
- 4 mix in basil and serve on a bed of steamed cabbage.
