Stir-fried Scallops With Fresh Basil

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces fresh scallops
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 3 fresh lime leaves, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup dried chinese mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup bamboo shoot, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 15 sweet basil (thai)

Recipe

  • 1 rise scallops and score diagonally.
  • 2 in a wok, heat oil, garlic and lime leaves on high heat until oil bubbles.
  • 3 add scallops, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and oyster sauce. stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until scallops are cooked.
  • 4 mix in basil and serve on a bed of steamed cabbage.
