- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt. let stan one hour.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. cool. pour over cabbage and mix. stir well. freeze in plastic freezer bags. to serve.
- 3 thaw in refrig.
