Easy Egg Rolls

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 chopped cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- egg roll wrap
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in electric frying pan to 350 degrees.
- 2 place cabbage in large bowl. mix in soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper and scallions.
- 3 divide up the cabbage mixture and roll in egg wrappers. use pastry brush with water to seal edges.
- 4 place up to 4 egg rolls at a time into hot oil. when browned on one side, carefully turn over to brown other side.
- 5 when completely browned, remove from oil. place on paper towels and pat off excess oil.
- 6 serve with duck or soy sauce.
