Easy Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • egg roll wrap

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in electric frying pan to 350 degrees.
  • 2 place cabbage in large bowl. mix in soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper and scallions.
  • 3 divide up the cabbage mixture and roll in egg wrappers. use pastry brush with water to seal edges.
  • 4 place up to 4 egg rolls at a time into hot oil. when browned on one side, carefully turn over to brown other side.
  • 5 when completely browned, remove from oil. place on paper towels and pat off excess oil.
  • 6 serve with duck or soy sauce.
