Oriental Seafood Stir-fry

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 ounces fresh pea pods
  • 3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb imitation crabmeat

Recipe

  • 1 combine in a bowl water, lemon, soy, sugar, cornstarch.
  • 2 in a wok over medium heat stir fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes remove and add soy mixture.
  • 3 cook until slightly thickened.
  • 4 add vegetables and crab and heat through.
  • 5 serve over napa cabbage, angel hair pasta or rice noodles.
