Oriental Seafood Stir-fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 ounces fresh pea pods
- 3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
- 3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb imitation crabmeat
Recipe
- 1 combine in a bowl water, lemon, soy, sugar, cornstarch.
- 2 in a wok over medium heat stir fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes remove and add soy mixture.
- 3 cook until slightly thickened.
- 4 add vegetables and crab and heat through.
- 5 serve over napa cabbage, angel hair pasta or rice noodles.
