New England Pierogi Dinner

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 medium head green cabbage, quartered
  • 2 ears corn, each cut into half
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) box frozen pierogies, cooked
  • 8 ounces kielbasa, sliced thick

Recipe

  • 1 bring 1 cup of water and the seasoning to a boil in a dutch oven.
  • 2 add cabbage, corn, kielbasa, and 1/2 tbsp of the butter.
  • 3 cover and cook 10 minutes, turning once or twice, until cabbage and corn are tender.
  • 4 add pierogies and remaining butter, toss to mix.
