Mrs. Brown's Chinese Noodle Salad

Ingredients

- 1 head napa cabbage
- 5 chopped green onions
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 2 ounces ramen noodles
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
- 1 jicama
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 cut and chop all vegetables.
- 2 peel jicama before chopping into small cubes.
- 3 brown sunflower seeds before adding in 1 tablespoon butter.
- 4 break up ramen small.
- 5 mix in large bowl.
- 6 mix the dressing; pour over the salad and toss.
- 7 not as good next day--noodles get soggy.
