Ingredients

- 1 corned beef brisket
- 1 quart apple juice
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 8 small red potatoes
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 head cabbage, cut into chunks
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in crock pot. cook for 10 hours on low.
- 2 serve with the vegetables and some of the cooking liquid as a gravy.
