Shanghai Meat Buns

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/8 cup cabbage
  • 1 1/4 cups lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Recipe
