- 2 lbs cabbage, coarsley chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 mix cabbage and carrot well.
- 2 throughly mix sugar, vinegar, garlic salt and celery seed.
- 3 pour over cabbage.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 chill.
