Ingredients

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups lamb, cooked, cubed
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches
- 1 cup green grape, seedless, halved
- 4 cups chinese cabbage, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine mayo & salt, then add lamb & mix lightly.
- 2 add the rest of th ingredients to the lamb mixture & toss lightly, then chill before serving.
