Spek Met Wittekool - Lamb Hocks With Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs lamb hocks
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 head cabbage

Recipe

  • 1 simmer the lamb hocks in water until tender, about three hours (if using a slow cooker, up to 8 hours).
  • 2 cut cabbage into eighths; add to pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 cook until tender.
