- 3 lbs lamb hocks
- water
- salt and pepper
- 1 head cabbage
Recipe
- 1 simmer the lamb hocks in water until tender, about three hours (if using a slow cooker, up to 8 hours).
- 2 cut cabbage into eighths; add to pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 cook until tender.
