Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 red pepper
  • bacon, several slices
  • 2 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 take a cabbage, wash well, and cut up into pieces about the size of your hand.
  • 2 put them into the boiling water, or maybe a little more if your cabbage is a big one, along with 5-6 slices bacon.
  • 3 add a pod of red pepper, cover, and cook slowly until done.
