Four Pepper Stir-fry

Ingredients

- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large skillet.
- 2 add onions, sesame seeds, and mustard seeds, and saute until onions are transparent.
- 3 add turmeric and peppers and cook for 10-15 min, stirring frequently. if you are serving this with rice, begin cooking it when you add the peppers.
- 4 add cabbage and cook another 5-10 minute.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
