Four Pepper Stir-fry

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large skillet.
  • 2 add onions, sesame seeds, and mustard seeds, and saute until onions are transparent.
  • 3 add turmeric and peppers and cook for 10-15 min, stirring frequently. if you are serving this with rice, begin cooking it when you add the peppers.
  • 4 add cabbage and cook another 5-10 minute.
  • 5 add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
