Ingredients

- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, pineapples with juice, raisins, apples and lemon juice.
- 2 toss well.
- 3 cover bowl with plastic wrap.
- 4 marinate overnight.
- 5 drain before serving.
