Chile And Honey Barbecued Steaks With Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 fresh long red chili pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 (200 g) new york strip steaks
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, grated coarsely
  • 3 green onions, sliced thinly

Recipe
