Chile And Honey Barbecued Steaks With Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 fresh long red chili pepper, chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 (200 g) new york strip steaks
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, grated coarsely
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
Recipe
- 1 combine barbecue and worcestershire sauces, honey,chili, garlic clove, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
