Ingredients

- 6 ounces lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- garnish sour cream
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water, add sherbert and stir until melted.
- 2 stir in cabbage, pour into an 8x8" baking pan.or a gelatin mold.
- 3 cover and chill about 4 hours -- until set.
- 4 cut into squares.
- 5 garnish with sour cream.
