Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans water

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

    Ready Time: 1 hr 45 mins

  • mix together ground lamb, rice, garlic and onion. take a leaf of cabbage and put meat in the center. tuck in sides and roll up, secure with a toothpick.
  • place tomato soup in a pot along with water. place cabbage rolls in pot and boil lightly for at least 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through. sauce will thicken as it cooks.
