- 1 1/2 lbs cabbage, shredded
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mint leaf, chopped
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingrediens in a mixing bowl.
- 2 dress with 2/3 cup nuoc cham, and serve.
- 3 i think it's better the next day. just cover it tightly in the refrigerator.
