Ga Xe Phai

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs cabbage, shredded
  • 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mint leaf, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingrediens in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 dress with 2/3 cup nuoc cham, and serve.
  • 3 i think it's better the next day. just cover it tightly in the refrigerator.
