Mixed Vegetable Toss

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, strips
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 in a wok or large skillet, heat chicken broth over medium heat. add onion, carrot and broccoli.
