Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, strips
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a wok or large skillet, heat chicken broth over medium heat. add onion, carrot and broccoli.
- 2 cook, tossing occasionally, 5 minutes.
- 3 add remaining vegetables, salt, vinegar and pepper flakes. cook, tossing for 5 minutes longer.
