Hot Bacon Cole Slaw Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 lb bacon (thick sliced)
• dry mustard
• brown sugar
• 1 head cabbage, shredded
• balsamic vinegar
• garlic

Recipe

• 1 lay bacon on pan.
• 2 mix equal parts of dry mustard and brown sugar and generously sprinkle over bacon.
• 3 bake in hot oven until bacon is cooked (save drippings).
• 4 put shredded cabbage in large dish and add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar and 1-1 1/2 tsp of garlic.
• 5 mix well.
• 6 crumble bacon into this with drippings and mix again.
• 7 bake in oven until all is hot.
