Gado Gado Lunch Wrap

Total Time: 1 hr 1 min Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup tofu
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisin
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
  • 2 saute or toast tofu.
  • 3 mix the above ingredients with remaining ingredients chill.
  • 4 wrap filling in tortilla shells.
