Crispy Cabbage And Chicken Wraps

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast (cut in strips and seasoned with kosher salt)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix (found in the produce section near pre-packaged salad)
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tortilla

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken till juices run clear (about 20 minutes).
  • 2 add cloeslaw mix.
  • 3 reduce heat to med.
  • 4 ,coverand cook till cabbage wilts.
  • 5 add seasons to tastes.
  • 6 remove from heat and add mayo.
  • 7 (i recomend allowing chicken to cool a little before adding mayo.) spoon on warm tortillas.
