- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 head cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine first four ingredients in saucepan, boil 1 minute.
- 2 pour hot mixture over slaw.
- 3 chill.
- 4 in a covered dish relish will keep for up to one week.
