Ingredients

- 1 ciabatta, loaf cut crosswise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 havarti cheese, slices
- 2 cups green cabbage, torn
- 1 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small pablano chili, finely diced
- 1 pickle, cut lengthwise
- 1/3 cup black olives, chopped
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cut each section of the ciabatta bread in half, lengthwise, and toast them.
- 2 evenly distribute the dijon mustard, cheese, and vegetables on each sandwhich. the vegetables should be layered in the order they are given in the list if ingredrients.
