Frank's Chopped Salsa
Ingredients

- 7 roma (plum) tomato, seeded and diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed, minced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- salt to taste

- combine the tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, red onion, cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice in a large bowl. season to taste with salt. refrigerate for several hours before serving.
