Mexican Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 wisk cilantro, vinegar, oil and salt in a large bowl.
  • 2 add cabbage and toss well to coat.
  • 3 serve.
