- 1 (10 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 wisk cilantro, vinegar, oil and salt in a large bowl.
- 2 add cabbage and toss well to coat.
- 3 serve.
