Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine cabbage and carrot in large bowl.
- 2 whisk together sugar and remaining ingredients until blended.
- 3 pour over cabbage and toss.
- 4 chill at least 1 hour.
