Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
- 3 cups chopped fresh mixed vegetables (ready pac salad confetti)
- 1 head butter, lettece torn into 1-inch pieces

- 8 ounces no-added-salt light chunk tuna in water, drained (sustainable seas)
Recipe
