Ham Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento, drained
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 in a large serving bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 pour over the cabbage mixture and toss gently.
  • 4 serve immediately.
