Ingredients

- 8 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 medium sweet green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet onions, minced (vidalia, maui,or wallawalla)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix cabbage, green pepper& onion in a lage bowl.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
- 3 pour over cabbage mix& toss.
- 4 refrigerate an hour before serving.
