- 12 red peppers
- 6 onions
- 1 head cabbage
- 6 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground parsley
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 quart vinegar
Recipe
