Mom-mom's Sauerkraut Soup

Total Time: 5 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 lbs cabbage, shredded
  • 2 lbs lamb loin
  • 1 (28 ounce) can sauerkraut, juice and all
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put lamb in bottom of large soup pot.
  • 2 cover with cabbage and sauerkraut.
  • 3 fill with water to top of pot and cook for 4-5 hours.
  • 4 season to taste after cooking for a few hours.
